From everyone at Central Notts we would like to wish all of our members a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
2021 has been a strange year in Central Notts, the start of which saw Scouting across the District taking place virtually, before being able to finally get back to our face-to-face meetings.
During the second half of the year, we were able to get back under canvas, and back to those popular sleepovers. To be out at Sherbrooke, and to hear our young people being back together safely and having fun, is a sound that we are sure most leaders have also missed!
With the Christmas holidays just around the corner, many Sections are meeting for their Christmas Activities/Parties this week, and it certainly seems that you are all having a great time so far!
We would like to say a big thank you to every member of Central Notts, for doing your best and making the most of the situations we have found ourselves during the past year. We would also like to say thank you to our fantastic Adult Volunteers, thank you for all of your hard work and dedication from planning those Zoom nights, to organising all of the exciting programmes for your young people.
We hope Santa brings you lots of presents, and look forward to seeing you all at the various District activities in 2022!
