Today's #thegreatindoors challenge is to make someone you are missing or who will be missing you during the coronavirus lockdown smile.
This could be by emailing them, texting them, calling or videocalling them or we suggest mail them a hug (see photo below).
We all need to stay positive and smiles are as infectious as viruses but smiles make the world a better place.
