Central Notts Scouts have taken the difficult decision to cancel this year’s St George’s Day Parade, in the light of the developing Coronavirus situation.
Our number one priority is the safety of the young people and adults on parade but also to the wider spectators and public in Southwell on the day of the parade.
With this in mind and due to the uncertainty of the spread over the next few weeks, we have come to this decision which we ultimately believe will be the right one in the current circumstances.
We will still be continuing with future St Georges Day Parades and we will look forward to seeing everyone in 2021.
